License and registration returned to director, when.

303.330. Any person whose license or registration shall havebeen suspended as herein provided, or whose policy of insuranceor bond, when required under this chapter, shall have beencanceled or terminated, or who shall neglect to furnish otherproof upon request of the director shall immediately return hislicense and registration to the director. If any person shallfail to return to the director the license or registration asprovided herein or in any other chapter, the director mayforthwith direct the Missouri state highway patrol or any peaceor police officer to secure possession thereof and return thesame to the director.
