304.159. Any city, town or village within this state may prohibit, byordinance, the storage of inoperable vehicles or other vehicles deemed bysuch city, town or village to constitute a public safety hazard. Nothingin this section shall apply to a vehicle which is completely enclosedwithin a locked building or locked fenced area and not visible fromadjacent public or private property, nor to any vehicle upon the propertyof a business licensed as salvage, swap, junk dealer, towing or storagefacility so long as the business is operated in compliance with itsbusiness license and the property is in compliance with applicable zoningordinances.
