Laws of state to govern.
305.050. All crimes, torts and other wrongs committed by oragainst an aeronaut or passenger while in flight over this stateshall be governed by the laws of this state; and the questionwhether damage occasioned by or to an aircraft while in flightover this state constitutes a tort, crime or other wrong by oragainst the owner of such aircraft shall be determined by thelaws of this state.
