County airport authority, procedure to establish.

305.300. The governing body of any county may create anairport authority to build or acquire and operate one or moreairports within the boundaries of the county or an adjoiningcounty. The authority shall be created by resolution of thegoverning body not sooner then ten days after public notice isposted at the courthouse announcing the intention of forming sucha body.
