Notice of change of address of certificate holder--procedure.

306.050. Any holder of a certificate of number shall notifythe department of revenue within fifteen days, if his address nolonger conforms to the address appearing on the certificate andshall, as a part of the notification, furnish the department ofrevenue with his new address. The department of revenue mayprovide in its rules and regulations for the surrender of thecertificate bearing the former address and its replacement with acertificate bearing the new address or for the alteration of anoutstanding certificate to show the new address of the holder.
