Marine toilets shall have suitable treatment device.

306.270. Any marine toilet located on or within any boatoperated on waters of the state shall have securely affixed tothe interior discharge opening of the toilet a suitable treatmentdevice in operating condition, constructed and fastened inaccordance with regulations of the water pollution board or someother treatment facility or method authorized by regulation ofthe water pollution board. All sewage passing into or throughthe marine toilets shall pass solely through the devices.
