Spotlamps--restrictions, penalty.

307.090. 1. Any motor vehicle may be equipped with not to exceed onespotlamp but every lighted spotlamp shall be so aimed and used so as not tobe dazzling or glaring to any person.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 307.120, violation ofthis section is an infraction.
