Director not to license vehicle without safety glass.

307.135. It shall be the duty of the director of revenue torefuse to issue a license for any motor vehicle manufactured orassembled after January 1, 1936, unless such motor vehicle isequipped as provided in sections 307.130 to 307.160, with suchtypes of safety glass as have been heretofore approved by thesecretary of state or may hereafter be approved by the statehighway patrol.
