Rules not effective until approved by legislature.

307.260. Pursuant to article V(e) of the vehicle equipmentsafety compact, it is the intention of this state and it ishereby provided that no rule, regulation or code issued by thevehicle equipment safety commission in accordance with article Vof the compact shall take effect until approved by an act of thelegislature.
