Transfer of moneys to the Missouri air emission reduction fund, when,use of moneys, exemption from transfer, Missouri air pollutioncontrol fund abolished, when.

307.367. Prior to September 1, 2007, but no earlier than August 1,2007, all moneys held in the Missouri air pollution control fundestablished under section 307.366* shall be transferred, as deemednecessary by the state treasurer and commissioner of administration, to theMissouri air emission reduction fund established in section 643.350, RSMo,to be used for the purposes of administering and enforcing the provisionsof sections 643.300 to 643.355, RSMo. Prior to such date, any of themoneys in the Missouri air pollution control fund that are needed to payany outstanding debt of the Missouri air pollution control fund, asdetermined by the state treasurer, shall be exempted from the provisions ofthis section. The Missouri air pollution control fund shall be officiallyabolished on September 1, 2007.
