Inspection of state-owned vehicles, responsibility for.

307.402. All state agencies owning motor vehicles shall beresponsible for obtaining an inspection of each of their vehicle'smechanism and equipment in accordance with the provisions of sections307.350 to 307.402 and obtaining a certificate of inspection and approvaland a sticker, seal or other device from a duly authorized officialinspection station.
