311.085. Any person possessing the qualifications and meeting therequirements of this chapter and the ordinances, rules and regulations ofthe first class county having a charter form of government in which suchlicensee proposes to operate his business may apply for, and the supervisorof liquor control may issue, a license for the sale by the drink ofintoxicating liquor on the premises described in the application. Thislicense shall be valid only for premises located wholly within theunincorporated areas of such a county.
