Dance ballrooms, St. Louis City--special license--Sunday sales, fee.

311.093. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, anydance ballroom that is at least fifty years old, located in abusiness district of a city not within a county, with a seatingcapacity of at least six hundred persons, and with a dance floorof at least four thousand eight hundred square feet may apply tothe supervisor of liquor control for a special license to sellintoxicating liquor by the drink at retail on the premisesbetween the hours of 11:00 a.m. and midnight on Sundays. Inaddition to all other fees required by law, an applicant granteda special license under this section shall pay an additional feeof two hundred dollars a year payable at the time and in the samemanner as its other license fees.
