Sale by drink defined.

311.100. The sale of any intoxicating liquor except maltliquor, in the original package, in any quantity less than fiftymilliliters shall be deemed "sale by the drink", and may be madeonly by a holder of a retail liquor dealer's license and when somade, the container in every case shall be emptied and thecontents thereof served as other intoxicating liquors sold by thedrink are served.
