Question may be resubmitted, when--manner.

311.160. Whenever the question submitted in this chapterprovided for has been decided for or against the sale ofintoxicating liquor containing alcohol in excess of five percentby weight, by the drink at retail for consumption on the premiseswhere sold, then the question shall not be again submitted withinfour years next thereafter in the same incorporated city, andthen only on a petition and in every respect conforming to theprovisions of this law.
