Fishing skills contest, ticket sales to participants on premises notground to deny license.

311.211. Sales of tickets for participation in fishing contestswherein the skill of the participant is an element shall not be construedas gambling or participation in gambling activities for the purpose ofadministering the provisions of this chapter or rules and regulations madepursuant thereto. The division of liquor control shall not deny, suspendor revoke any license issued under those chapters because of the sale ofsuch tickets on the licensed premises.
