Reproduction or alteration of identification card, penalty.

311.329. Any person who has in his possession a reproduced,modified or altered motor vehicle driver's license, nondriver'slicense issued by any uniformed service of the United States, oridentification card established in section 302.181, RSMo, or anyother such identification card which indicates that the personrepresented on the card is over twenty-one years of age, isguilty of a class A misdemeanor.
