Unclaimed shipments of liquor may be sold.

311.400. Any railroad or express company doing business inthis state shall have the right to sell unclaimed or refusedshipments of intoxicating liquor in the same manner that suchrailroad or express company is or may be hereafter authorized tosell other unclaimed or refused property under the laws of thisstate, and no license or permit shall be required of suchrailroad or express company for such sale of such unclaimed orrefused intoxicating liquor.
