Charges, how paid and collected.
311.561. Notwithstanding any provision in this chapter, allcharges imposed by this chapter shall be paid and collected asprovided in sections 311.520 and 311.553, and the affixing ofstamps to the containers of intoxicating liquor shall not berequired or sufficient to show the payment of the charges.
