Failure of supervisor and employees to perform duties.

311.670. If the supervisor of liquor control or any of hisemployees or agents shall fail to perform any of the dutiesimposed upon them by this chapter, or shall in any manner violateany of the provisions thereof, he or they shall be deemed guiltyof a misdemeanor and, if the supervisor of liquor control or anyof his employees or agents shall fail to faithfully perform theduties enjoined upon them by this chapter, they may be removedfrom office by the governor.
