Fees and mileage of officers executing search warrants.

311.860. All officers whose duty it is to issue or executesearch warrants as provided for in this chapter, shall beentitled to the same fees and mileage as such officers are now ormay hereafter be entitled to for similar services in the issuanceand execution of criminal processes, the same to be taxed andcollected as other criminal costs are taxed and collected.
