Veterans' hospitals, exempt from frequency provisions--net receipts to be given to hospital.

313.060. Veterans' organizations may conduct the game ofbingo on a daily basis, for patients only, in federallydesignated veterans' hospitals. Such bingo games shall beexempt from the frequency provisions of subdivision* (7) ofsection 313.040. All net receipts over and above the actualcost of conducting the game as set by law shall be given to thehospital where the bingo game is conducted.
