Commission established--offices--assignment to department.

313.210. The "State Lottery Commission" is hereby created.The commission shall control and manage the state lottery. Theprincipal office of the commission shall be located in JeffersonCity in quarters provided by the division of design andconstruction. That division shall also arrange for other neededoffice space for the commission or its staff. The commissionshall be assigned to the department of revenue as a type IIIdivision, but the director of the department of revenue has nosupervision, authority or control over the actions or decisionsof the lottery commission or the director of the state lottery.
