Drinking water to be approved, when, by whom.

315.024. An adequate, accessible supply of potable drinking waterapproved by the department of natural resources or the department of healthand senior services shall be provided at all lodging establishments. Waterfrom a source other than a public water supply shall not be used until it hasbeen approved by the department of health and senior services.
