Proceeds to go into school fund.

316.030. The money collected shall be paid into the countytreasury, and shall go to and form a part of the school fund ofthe county. The treasurer of the county to whom such money ispaid shall give the sheriff who pays it duplicate receipts, oneof which shall be deposited with the clerk of the countycommission, and shall discharge the sheriff, and the same shallbe charged to the treasurer as other county school funds.
