Penalty.

316.050. Any person, association, company, corporation orcopartnership of persons who shall violate any provisions ofsection 316.040 shall, on conviction thereof, be adjudged guiltyof a misdemeanor, and punished by a fine not exceeding onehundred dollars or less than twenty-five dollars, or byimprisonment in the county jail for a term not less than ten daysnor more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
