Penalty for keeping table without license.

318.080. Every person who shall keep or permit to be kept orused any one or more of the tables mentioned in section 318.010,without having a license therefor, shall forfeit and pay not lessthan fifty nor more than four hundred dollars, to be recovered byindictment or information.
