318.090. 1. No licensed keeper of any table described insection 318.010 shall allow any person under the age of sixteenyears to play on any such table without first having obtained thepermission of such person's parent or guardian.

2. No licensed keeper of any table described in section318.010 who serves alcoholic beverages or intoxicating wines andliquors in the establishment where the table is found shall allowany person under the age of twenty-one years to play upon suchtable; provided, however, that this subsection shall not apply toestablishments where such tables described in section 318.010 areseparate from the location where alcoholic beverages are served.

3. Any person who violates this section is guilty of aninfraction for each violation.
