Notification required prior to excavation.

319.029. Notwithstanding the fact that a project is a preengineeredproject or a permitted project, or that a design request was previouslymade, excavators connected therewith shall be required to give notificationin accordance with sections 319.025 and 319.026 prior to commencement ofexcavation.
