Fee for certification, amount, deposit--underground storage tankregulation program fund established, purpose.

319.123. Application for a certificate of registrationshall be accompanied by a fee. The fee shall be fifteen dollarsper tank per year assessed on a rotating basis during afive-year period. All fees collected under this subsectionshall be placed in the "Underground Storage Tank RegulationProgram Fund" which is hereby established in the state treasury.All moneys in the fund shall be used solely for expenses relatedto the administration of sections 319.100 to 319.137.
