Penalties.

320.050. The owner, proprietor, lessee or manager of abuilding which, under the terms of sections 320.010 to 320.060,is required to have one or more fire escapes, who shall neglector refuse for the period of sixty days after sections 320.010 to320.060 take effect to comply with its provisions, shall bedeemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction shall be finednot less than fifty nor more than two hundred dollars, or byimprisonment in the county or city jail not more than threemonths, or by both fine and imprisonment, and each day shall bedeemed a separate offense.
