320.081. The state fire marshal, prosecuting or circuitattorney, police chief, sheriff, fire chief, or other lawenforcement agency having jurisdiction over the act and havingprobable cause to believe the crime of arson may have beencommitted, may, in writing, request of an officer, attorney orclaims management personnel of any insurance company doing thebusiness of fire insurance in this state the production of anyrecords of the insurance company concerning any fire lossreported to the insurance company. Upon receipt of such awritten request such insurance company shall immediately produceand turn over such records to the person requesting same. Suchinsurance company shall disclose all facts and information inpossession or knowledge of such officer, attorney, or claimsmanagement personnel of the company concerning any fire losswhich the company is investigating or has investigated or hasbecome knowledgeable of through any agency with, or employmentfor, such insurance company.
