Items and activities not subject to provisions of sections 320.106 to320.161.

320.156. Nothing in sections 320.106 to 320.161 shall beconstrued as applying to the manufacture, storage, sale or use ofsignals necessary for the safe operation of railroads or otherclasses of public or private transportation or of illuminatingdevices for photographic use, nor as applying to the military ornaval forces of the United States, or of this state or to peaceofficers, nor as prohibiting the sale or use of blank cartridgesfor ceremonial, theatrical, or athletic events, nor as applyingto the transportation, sale or use of fireworks solely foragricultural purposes, provided* the items sold for agriculturalpurposes shall be limited to those items that are legal forretail sale and use within the state of Missouri.
