Municipal ordinances in conflict with this chapter prohibited.
323.050. No city, town, village, fire district, or other politicalsubdivision shall adopt or enforce any ordinance or regulation in conflictwith the provisions of this chapter, or with the regulations promulgatedunder section 323.020. Nothing in this section shall prohibit anypolitical subdivision from establishing a licensing requirement for personsrelating to the installation, repair, replacement, or maintenance ofliquified petroleum gas and all other fuel gas piping systems.
