Fee collection, accounting, and deposit, division may contract forservices.
324.036. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the directorof the division of professional registration is authorized to contract withthird parties to collect, account for, and deposit fees on behalf of thedivision and licensing agencies within the division.
