Missouri board of occupational therapy fund created.

324.074. All money held in the health care providers fund shall betransferred to the "Missouri Board of Occupational Therapy Fund" which ishereby created. The provisions of section 33.080, RSMo, to the contrarynotwithstanding, money in the Missouri board of occupational therapy fundshall not be transferred and placed to the credit of general revenue untilthe amount in the fund at the end of the biennium exceeds three times theamount of appropriation from the fund for the preceding fiscal year. Allfees shall be set at an amount which shall not substantially exceed thecost of administering sections 324.050 to 324.089.
