Falsification of required information, penalties.
324.1142. Any person who knowingly falsifies the fingerprints orphotographs or other information required to be submitted under sections324.1100 to 324.1148 is guilty of a class D felony; and any person whoviolates any of the other provisions of sections 324.1100 to 324.1148 isguilty of a class A misdemeanor.
