License displayed prominently at location of practice.

324.141. A person licensed pursuant to the provisions of sections324.125 to 324.183 shall display the license certificate issued pursuant tosections 324.125 to 324.183 in a prominent place at the site, location oroffice from which such person practices such person's profession or suchlicense holder shall maintain on file at all times during which the licenseholder provides services in a health care facility a true and correct copyof the license certificate in the appropriate records of the facility. Alicense holder shall inform the board of any change of address for thelicense holder. A license certificate issued by the board is the propertyof the board and shall be surrendered upon demand.
