Compliance with licensing requirements, rules by the board.

324.168. The board shall develop by rule a system for monitoring alicense holder's compliance with the requirements of sections 324.125 to324.183. Rules adopted pursuant to this section shall include proceduresfor monitoring a license holder who is ordered by the board to performcertain acts to ascertain that the license holder performs the requiredacts and to identify and monitor license holders who represent a risk tothe public.
