Commission meetings, when--quorum.

324.180. Not later than thirty days after the governor appoints theinitial members of the commission and annually thereafter, the commissionshall meet and elect one of its members as chairperson and one of itsmembers as vice chairperson. The commission shall meet at least quarterlyor at any other time if called by the chairperson or a majority of thecommission. A majority of the members of the commission shall constitute aquorum.
