Massage or body work titles prohibited, when--division or board maycontract for legal services for enforcement of chapter.

324.270. A person who does not hold a license to practice massagetherapy or a license to operate a massage business or is not exempted fromobtaining a license pursuant to subsection 7 of section 324.265 shall notuse the words "massage", "body work", or any of their synonyms on any signor in any other form of advertising, unless specifically exempted by theboard. The division or board may, in its discretion, contract with legalcounsel for legal services, not directly related to pending litigation,which it deems necessary for the administration or enforcement of theprovisions of this chapter.
