Right to use title, nontransferable.

324.433. The right to use the title of registered interior designershall be deemed a personal right, based upon the qualifications of theindividual, evidenced by the person's current certificate of registrationand such certificate is not transferable; except that, a registeredinterior designer may perform the interior designer's profession through,or as a member of, or as an employee of, a partnership or corporation.
