Expiration of licenses.

324.490. 1. Licenses issued pursuant to sections 324.475 to 324.499shall expire every other year. Renewal applications shall be submitted tothe division along with the appropriate renewal fee.

2. A license to practice acupuncture which is not renewed on orbefore the date of its expiration becomes invalid. Such license may berestored by complying with the provisions of section 324.493.
