License issued, when.

324.706. The division shall issue licenses to applicants meeting thefollowing conditions:

(1) The applicant must be at least eighteen years of age, possess avalid commercial driver's license and have at least twenty-four months'experience in moving houses;

(2) The applicant must furnish proof that all of the vehicles to beused in the movement of houses have met the requirements of sections307.350 to 307.400, RSMo, or its equivalent pertaining to the inspection ofmotor vehicles;

(3) The applicant must exhibit his federal employer's identificationnumber; and

(4) The applicant must pay an annual license fee of one hundreddollars. All moneys received for housemover licenses shall be paid to andcollected by the division of motor carrier and railroad safety andtransmitted to the director of revenue and deposited in the state treasuryto the credit of the state highways and transportation fund as establishedin section 226.200, RSMo.
