Contracts to repair or replace prohibited, when.

325.055. No person, partnership, association or corporation,directly or indirectly, acting as a public adjuster or publicadjuster solicitor licensed under the provisions of sections325.010 to 325.055, may solicit, or enter into, an agreement forthe repair or replacement of damaged property on which saidpublic adjuster or public adjuster solicitor has been engaged toadjust or settle claims for losses or damages arising out ofpolicies of fire or allied lines of insurances.
