Attorney general or other legal counsel to represent board incertain proceedings.

326.304. At all proceedings for the enforcement of these or any otherprovisions of this chapter, the board shall, in its discretion as it deemsnecessary, select the attorney general or one of his or her designatedassistants, or other legal counsel to appear and represent the board ateach stage of the proceeding or trial until its conclusion.
