327.313. Applications for examination and enrollment as a landsurveyor-in-training shall be printed on prescribed forms furnished to theapplicant. The application shall contain applicant's statements showingthe applicant's education, experience and such other pertinent informationas the board may require, including but not limited to three letters ofreference, one of which shall be from a professional land surveyor who haspersonal knowledge of the applicant's land surveying education orexperience. Each application shall contain a statement that it is madeunder oath or affirmation and that the representations are true and correctto the best knowledge and belief of the applicant, subject to the penaltiesof making a false affidavit or declaration and shall be accompanied by therequired fee.
