327.314. 1. Any person may apply to the board for examination andlicensure as a professional land surveyor who has been enrolled as a landsurveyor-in-training and has presented evidence to the satisfaction of theboard that said person has acquired at least four years of satisfactoryprofessional field and office experience in land surveying from the date ofenrollment as a land surveyor-in-training. This experience shall have beenunder the immediate personal supervision of a professional land surveyor.
2. At any time prior to January 1, 2006, any applicant enrolled as aland surveyor-in-training under the provisions of subsection (1) or (2) ofsection 327.312 must have acquired at least two years of satisfactoryprofessional field and office experience in land surveying under theimmediate supervision of a professional land surveyor. Any person whoapplied for enrollment as a land surveyor-in-training under the provisionsof subsection (3) of section 327.312 must have acquired at least one yearof satisfactory professional field and office experience in land surveyingunder the immediate supervision of a professional land surveyor.
