327.321. Applications for examination and licensure as a professionalland surveyor shall be typewritten on prescribed forms furnished to theapplicant. The application shall contain the applicant's statementsshowing the applicant's education, experience, results of prior landsurveying examinations, if any, and such other pertinent information as theboard may require, including but not limited to three letters of referencefrom professional land surveyors with personal knowledge of the experienceof the applicant's land surveying education or experience. Eachapplication shall contain a statement that it is made under oath oraffirmation and that its representations are true and correct to the bestknowledge and belief of the person signing same, subject to the penaltiesof making a false affidavit or declaration and shall be accompanied by therequired fee.
