327.392. 1. The board shall upon application issue a professionalengineering license to any individual who holds a degree at the bachelor'slevel or higher in engineering and who has at least twenty years ofsatisfactory engineering experience, and who passes part two of the writtenexamination defined in section 327.241, provided that any such applicationis accompanied by the required fee.
2. The board shall upon application issue a professional engineeringlicense to any individual who holds a degree from an EngineeringAccreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering andTechnology (ABET, INC.) or its equivalent and a doctorate in engineeringfrom an institution that offers Engineering Accreditation Commissionprograms, and who passes part two of the written examination defined insection 327.241, provided that any such application is accompanied by therequired fee. The doctorate degree must be approved by the board for thecandidate to qualify.
